The Spirit Viewer was invented by a

The Spirit Viewer or Ghost Viewer is an apparatus that seems to generate images from the afterlife or possibly from parallel dimensions.

The machine generates a resonance around 17 Hertz  (this can vary between 15 Hertz and 20 Hertz).

When the machine begins oscillating around the 17 Hertz mark, images of spritual entities start to appear.

One should not think of them as clear holographic images but more like what we know of reports on  ghost appearances.

Attempts to make photos or videos of these appearances have not lead to any results yet.
